Asad Hussain is a seasoned investment and strategy executive with over 25 years of global experience across banking, private equity, and corporate development. He has executed more than $12 billion in deal value, serving as both an investing principal and strategic advisor on complex, cross-border, and sponsor-led transactions. His expertise spans leveraged buyouts (LBOs), M&A, and growth capital across the healthcare, financial services, and technology sectors.

A pioneer in the development of the private equity asset class in the GCC, Asad brings deep domain knowledge and a robust global network. He has held senior investment roles and advised high-growth companies across North America, the Middle East, and selective emerging markets. His ability to lead and structure transactions has positioned him as a trusted advisor to family offices, corporates, and institutional investors.

Asad previously served as Global Head of Strategy and Business Development at U.S. Bank’s Wealth Management and Securities Services division. His career also includes roles at Citibank and JPMorgan in investment banking and corporate strategy. Based in Chicago, Asad remains deeply embedded in the U.S. deal ecosystem while maintaining strong ties to innovation hubs in biotech, health-tech, fintech, and AI.
