Faisal Rashid

Faisal Rashid is a seasoned financial professional with over two decades of experience in investment banking, private equity, and corporate finance. He has advised on over $7 billion in M&A transactions and managed $2 billion in financings across sectors such as aerospace and defense, technology, healthcare, mining, and energy. With expertise in both buy-side and sell-side M&A processes, he has successfully led complex cross-border transactions, strategic investments, and capital-raising initiatives across global markets, with a strong focus on the Middle East, Africa, and China.

Faisal began his career at Morgan Stanley and Lehman Brothers, where he gained deep expertise in M&A, capital markets, and strategic advisory and management consulting at Oliver Wyman. He holds a Bachelor’s in Science degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth. Now leading the efforts to establish Apolonia as the premier franchise connecting China and the GCC, he combines Western blue-chip experience with a nuanced understanding of emerging markets.
