Apolonia Investment Holdings (AIHL) is a UAE-based strategic parent entity, licensed under the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM).
AIHL intends to encompass the following businesses:
- Apolonia Capital – Investment banking and strategic advisory, specialising in M&A, capital raising, restructuring, and transformational corporate finance solutions.
- Apolonia Wealth Management and Multi-Family Office – UHNW and family office services, based in Dubai and Singapore, offering structuring, succession planning, and cross-border advisory.
- Apolonia Asset Management – Institutional platform focused on real assets, infrastructure, private equity, sustainable investments, and other target sectors.
- Apolonia Ventures – Institutional private equity and venture capital fund currently in development.
The group is supported by a world-class core team with over USD 75B+ in transaction experience, alongside a highly engaged advisory board including members of the Dubai Royal Family, the former Prime Minister of Korea, and ex-Chairman of Santander.

As an established holding company in the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), we are currently raising equity capital for our own balance sheet to fuel our strategic growth and expansion initiatives. While we are not a regulated entity, we operate within the ADGM framework, offering a flexible and business-friendly environment for capital raising and deployment.
