Mohamed Shihab is an investment research professional specialising in financial analysis, valuation and transaction support across global markets, including the Middle East, Australia, New Zealand, the United States and South Asia.
At Apolonia Capital, he supports investment research, financial modelling and due diligence across private market and capital markets mandates. His experience includes preparing valuation models, investor profiling analyses and transaction materials for buy-side and sell-side engagements within institutional advisory environments.
Prior to joining Apolonia, Mohamed worked at Acuity Knowledge Partners (formerly part of Moody’s Corporation, UK), where he supported developed market clients through detailed financial modelling, equity research and transaction analysis. Earlier, at K Seeds Investments, he led due diligence for a mid-cap acquisition valued at over USD 7.7 million, managed corporate investment portfolios and produced analytical insights supporting board-level decision-making.
Mohamed holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting and Finance. He is an ACCA Affiliate, having completed all required examinations toward membership, and is currently a CFA Level I candidate. He has also completed Level I Financial Regulations and Wealth Management certifications aligned with SCA regulatory requirements.
